What Happens After You Order

Thank you for your order. Here is exactly what happens next, so there are no surprises.

1. We confirm your order

You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately. Within one business day we contact you on WhatsApp using the number you provided at checkout.

2. We confirm your shipping cost

Most of our shipping is quoted rather than fixed, because courier and coach tariffs across the region change with fuel, border conditions and consignment size. We would rather quote you the real cost than build padding into a flat rate.

  • Dar es Salaam and Tanzania — we arrange delivery with our local driver and confirm the cost with you. Pay by Lipa Namba before dispatch, or on receipt.
  • Kenya — your rate was fixed at checkout. Nothing further is owed.
  • Zambia, Zimbabwe, Malawi, DR Congo — we confirm the freight cost with the carrier and agree with you whether payment is made before dispatch or on collection.
  • Other border markets — we book the consignment, confirm the actual cost, and send you an updated invoice before dispatch.
  • International — your deposit was taken at checkout. We confirm the balance with you before dispatch.

3. Nothing ships until you agree

We will never dispatch against a shipping charge you have not approved. If a carrier changes their price after we have quoted you, we come back to you before acting on it.

4. You receive your consignment details

Once your goods are handed to the courier we send your receipt and consignment reference by WhatsApp so you can follow collection at your end.

Ordering hangers or jewellery displays?

These ship consolidated. Mix dozens, sets and bundles freely across your order — you are quoted once for the complete box, never per dozen or per set.
